We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Commission & Supply Chain Advocate looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced software sales cycle environment.
Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a dynamic and adaptable Sales Commission & Supply Chain Advocate to join our Sales Operations team.
Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the Sales Commission & Supply Chain Advocate will play a fundamental role in the administration of the Maya HTT sales commission plan, including the preparation of sales commission related data and reporting. The ideal candidate will have system administration experience and be comfortable working with a large amount of financial data and documentation. Strong candidates for this role will possess a keen sense of urgency and attention to detail, along with proven multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- System administration of commission tool (Xactly) for sales rep compensation
- Monthly commission preparation and calculations: assist with the changeover from historical processes to the new tool (Xactly).
- Preparation of commission-related reporting as needed
- Respond to questions on commission plan calculations and trouble-shoot system-related issues.
- Participation in supply chain activities, including detailed review of all sales orders to ensure adherence to established guidelines maximizing margins & revenue.
- Assist with the migration of supply chain related processes from legacy systems to newly implemented ERP system; Netsuite
- Drive change management and adoption with the sales team relating to improvements in commission tools and supply chain processes.
Minimum Requirements:
- A DEC in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field
- A minimum of three years of work experience in a similar position that involved manipulation of a large volume of financial data
- Experience in a software and services sales environment is an asset
- Experience working with an ERP (Netsuite or other) is an asset
- Experience working with Xactly or another sales commission tool is an asset
- Very strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Organized, self-motivated and able to work autonomously with minimal assistance
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive with excellent problem-solving skills
