Marketing Operations Specialist

Role Summary:
The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for operating and continuously improving Maya HTT's marketing operations function by delivering scalable marketing processes, supporting in event execution, and enabling effective marketing technology solutions. This role will have ownership of marketing operations, CRM administration, campaign execution, event management, reporting, and lead management while partnering closely with Sales, Business Development, Sales Operations, and Marketing to support customer engagement, operational excellence, and pipeline growth.

Role Summary:

This role will have ownership of marketing operations, CRM administration, campaign execution, event management, reporting, and lead management while partnering closely with Sales, Business Development, Sales Operations, and Marketing to support customer engagement, operational excellence, and pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution
- Manage CRM imports, segmentation, lead lists, database quality, and marketing data governance within Salesforce.
- Coordinate lead routing and ensure timely delivery of qualified leads to Business Development and Sales.
- Develop and maintain documentation, templates, and standardized marketing processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Support in the planning and execution of global trade shows, conferences, customer events, webinars, workshops, and partner events.
- Coordinate sponsorship deliverables and association memberships.
- Manage lead retrieval, attendee imports, post-event follow-up campaigns, surveys, and event performance reporting.
- Continuously improve event processes, templates, and best practices.
- Support Salesforce administration and future marketing automation platforms.
- Leverage AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to improve productivity, research, reporting, and content development.
- Support integrations between marketing, CRM, and sales systems.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Sales Operations, and external vendors.
- Support strategic partnerships and joint marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Marketing team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations, event marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (The position requires regular interaction with colleagues, suppliers and customers based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally).
- Preferred technical experience: Salesforce (SFDC), Clay, ZoomInfo, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Generative AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping strong attention to detail.
