Role Summary:
The Growth Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and continuously optimizing Maya HTT's marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, customer expansion, and revenue growth. This role will own Business Development Representative (BDR) programs, customer lifecycle marketing, account-based campaigns, customer success communications, and growth initiatives focused on cross-sell, upsell, renewals, and customer engagement. The Growth Marketing Program Manager will partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Marketing to deliver scalable programs that strengthen customer relationships and maximize pipeline and customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Programs & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing programs that support BDR pipeline generation and strategic sales initiatives.
- Execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs for strategic prospects and existing customers, focused on cross-sell, upsell, renewals, and reactivation.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize program effectiveness.
- Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success to identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Monitor pipeline, campaign performance, customer engagement, and program ROI.
- Develop reporting and recommendations to support data-driven decision making.
- Leverage Salesforce, marketing automation, Power BI, and AI tools to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Product, and strategic partners to execute integrated growth programs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Marketing organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, customer marketing, account-based marketing, demand generation, or program management.
- Experience developing programs that drive pipeline, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (The position requires regular interaction with colleagues, suppliers and customers based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally).
- Preferred technical experience: Salesforce (SFDC), Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or equivalent marketing automation platform, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Generative AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent.
- Experience working within engineering, industrial technology, or manufacturing is considered a strong asset.
- Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
