Role and Responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Maya HTT, you will play a critical role in shaping our team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, referencing, and presenting offers.
  • Sourcing both active and passive Engineering and IT candidates across Canada, the US, and the UK.
  • Leveraging various channels such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, internet research, and strategic networking to identify top talent.
  • Regularly meeting with teams and hiring managers to understand priority roles, required skills, company culture, position profiles, and other key success factors.
  • Collaborating with teams to develop innovative and effective strategies for building strong talent pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment cycle, from sourcing to resume reviews to virtual and on-site interviews.
  • Enhancing HR marketing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Overseeing the internship program and maintaining relationships with university campuses and schools.
  • Leading the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth and positive transition into their roles and the company.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • A commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Ability to handle high-volume communication efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
